Hamilton’s Winterfest 2024 is on until February 19th! There’s an endless number of things to do around the city including art exhibits, concerts and theatre performances, sports games, comedy shows, Valentines Day and family day events and so much more! 

Our cooks will bowl you over with this lively demonstration of their favourite 19th century soups! During this Victorian cooking adventure you’ll see historic recipes being crafted in the historic kitchen at Dundurn Castle. You’ll get to put the techniques you learn to use as you help prepare vegetarian and vegan friendly soups on the wood-fired range, followed by a sampling of your fare.
