The Caledonia Agricultural Society is proud to present the 34th annual Caledonia Canada Day Celebration, featuring a full day of family-friendly fun from morning until dusk.
Start your day with the Knights of Columbus Pancake and Sausage Breakfast from 8:00 to 11:00 a.m., then view the Canada Day Parade beginning at 11:00 a.m. from the Nicholson & Cates Yard Just north of Food Basics down to the Fair Grounds on Caithness St. E. Enjoy creative floats, marching bands, and community spirit as Caledonia paints the town red and white.
The fairgrounds come alive throughout the day with free family entertainment, including Classic Car Show, Mad Science, Foam Pop-Up Parties, Comedy in Motion, and the always-popular SuperDogs shows. Visitors can browse local vendors, unique shopping opportunities, and delicious food from a variety of festival favourites.
Kids can also enjoy inflatable rides, slides, and obstacle courses. Wristbands are required for inflatable rides and can be purchased in advance online for $15 or $20 on the day of.
In the evening, head to the grandstands for live music featuring country singer-songwriter Hayley Verrall, beginning at 7:30 p.m. Then cap off the celebration with a spectacular fireworks display at dusk over the fairgrounds.
Admission to the grounds is free and there's plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the festivities. We encourage visitors to bring cash, as many vendors may be cash-only and there is no ATM on site.
