Dawn Sarabura, owner of Heron Creek Yoga & Fitness is tired of feeling helpless when she sees tragedy on the news. So she decided to do something about. She is reaching out to share Meditation and Mindfulness, free. She says, “When people are calm, they can be their kindest, best selves.” When people are upset or hurt, that is what brings out bad actions like cruelty and anger. My goal is to teach people self- control and calm.”
This time you really will keep your New Year's resolutions. The key is mindset. In only 5 sessions you will learn simple yet powerful techniques to relieve stress, get you out of your rut and help you finally achieve all that you are capable of.
Go from anxious to awesome.
You will learn meditation, mindfulness and breathing techniques which are scientifically proven to reduce stress and anxiety, allowing you to move forward in your life (or, perhaps even better- learn to be happy where you are right now!)
All you need is comfortable layered clothes for sitting. Optional items: socks or slippers (no outdoor shoes in the yoga room), small hand towel (for your head), yoga mat, water bottle.
