Haldimand Abilities Centre has revised their February calendar and they are excited to announce that they have added in a Thursday morning Seated Fitness, each Thursday, 10AM-11AM beginning on February 11th. Please call the HAC office to register and gain access to the TEAMS class. (905)768-4488.

Just a reminder that all programs continue to be offered virtually, but you can join via your phone and just listen if you do not have access to a camera to view the programs.  If you are still unsure of how to join, please call the office and one of the HAC staff would be happy to help you.
