• Caledonia Lions Hall - 100 Haddington Street, Caledonia
• Cayuga Mutual Insurance Building (Lower Level) - 23 King Street, Cayuga
• Hagersville Arena (Upstairs Almas Room) - 36 Sherring Street North, Hagersville

Cost:

• $150 - House League Players - U6 to U16 Divisions
• $140 - House League Players - U5 Division
• $195 - U18 Men/Woman
• Family rate available for house league players only (U4 to U16) (3 or more siblings)
• A late fee of $20 will apple to all registrations after February 24th.

Visa or Mastercard is preferred - Cash and cheque also availble - Debit machine is no longer available

•  Birth certificate required at time of in person registration - for online registration, proof of birth date can be send to us via email.
• Ages 3 (by December 31st 2017) and up
• No moving up or down age groups
• Registration is limited, teams are filled on a first come first served basis so register early online to avoid disappointment.
