Wondering when spring will arrive? Stop looking to groundhogs and robins for predictions of the thaw, at Conservation Halton we say look to the trees! The maple sap is about to flow and Mountsberg and Crawford Lake Conservation Areas are firing up for Maple Town and Sweet Water Season, a unique celebration of maple traditions in Ontario. March is the month for all things maple! Mountsberg’s Maple Town runs February 24 until April 2, 2018 on weekends, holidays and March Break from 10am - 4pm each day. Maple Town is free with regular gate admission or a Halton Parks Membership.
February 24 until April 2 (weekends, March Break, and holidays) Mountsberg Conservation Area welcomes visitors to the working sugar bush at Maple Town and Crawford Lake Conservation Area presents Sweet Water Season, a celebration of the Indigenous heritage of maple sugaring.
